This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, device identifier, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service and other statistics.
Location
Location data is information about the specific geographical whereabouts of a particular device or other asset. It is, usually collected and tracked by GPS satellite in a particular network (for instance, a mobile communications carrier) or service (such as a mapping application.)
This service uses location data for the contactless door opening function. We do not save this data. Location data is not stored on the device and is not sent to the server. These data is only processed by the application in real time.

To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Additional application coverage: АйПильсин ТВ
The following section applies specifically to АйПильсин ТВ, the television application for the АйПильсин multicast service. The existing provisions above about the АйПильсин домофон mobile application remain unchanged. Mobile features such as microphone use and location-based contactless door opening are not permissions requested by the TV application.
TV application data and purposes. The TV application uses a device or installation identifier to generate an installation MAC address and serial identifier. On Samsung TVs it reads the DUID locally for that derivation; a saved generated identifier is used if the device identifier is unavailable. The portal receives the installation identifiers, connection IP address, application/emulated-device information, language, time zone, channel/programme-guide requests and service-use events. The service may determine country from the IP address. The portal may retain the installation/account profile, favourites, preferences and viewing/search history. Settings, cookies, session information and portal data are also stored locally. A provisioning QR code or linking address contains the installation MAC and can associate the installation with an existing subscriber contract or television device.
These data support installation authorization, television and programme delivery, contract linking, preferences and operation of the service. The TV application does not request access to camera, microphone, contacts or precise device location, and does not include an external advertising/analytics SDK or request an advertising identifier.
TV processing and recipients. Current TV installation, viewing and account data are processed on IPLS-operated systems by IPLS staff only. No external company is given access to those TV data. The “Service Providers” provisions above describe the mobile service; they do not state that external processors currently handle the TV application’s data.
Storage, security and retention. The standard TV portal uses HTTPS. Explicit HTTP portals, HTTP media streams and UDP traffic may transmit information without encryption. Local data can be removed through the device’s application-data/removal facilities. A stable derived identifier can identify the same TV after reinstallation. Removing the application does not automatically delete server records, terminate a subscriber contract or stop charges for connected services.
TV data retention and rights follow the operators’ published joint policy, the applicable contract, consent and law. The policy identifies ООО «АйПильсин» and ООО «АйПильсин-Ритейл» as operators. It provides for processing during the contract term and applicable limitation/other required periods; where no contract has been concluded, the general period is five calendar years unless consent or law provides another period. This is not a fixed five-year lifetime for every cookie or viewing record. Data is destroyed or anonymized when the applicable grounds/period end, subject to continuing legal/contractual requirements. The published policy states that the operators store personal data in the Russian Federation and do not carry out cross-border transfers.
TV rights requests and support. You may request information about processing and its basis/retention, correction, blocking or deletion and withdraw consent subject to continuing legal/contractual grounds. Use the published written-request procedure addressed to the appropriate operator: 143402, Московская область, г. Красногорск, Оптический пер., д. 1а. Identify АйПильсин ТВ, explain the request and include known identifying information such as a contract number or installation MAC; do not send passwords or PINs. Reinstallation is not required to make a request. Requests are subject to ownership verification and applicable retention requirements.
